¶1Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has produced before this Court detailed written instructions dated 02.12.2023 sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station-Sidhauli, District-Sitapur wherein it has been stated that a total amount of Rs. 19,10,000/- was to be given as scholarship for the academic year 2013-2014 to various beneficiaries/students. however, such an amount after being deposited in the petitioner's official account maintained as Principal of the College concerned, was taken out through cheques made out in favour of various persons and not the students for whom it was meant to be given.

¶2The instructions are detailed in nature and the same is taken on record.

¶3We have gone through the F.I.R. and finds no good ground to show interference in the impugned F.I.R.
