¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for State-respondent.

¶2A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of State and the same is taken on record.

¶3Learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit states that investigation has been concluded and Final Report No. 31 of 2023 has been prepared on 30.07.2023 and is pending with the Circle Officer, Tiloi, District Amethi for onwards submission before the Court concerned, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
