Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that they had raised certain dwelling house in Gata Nos.1851 and 1852. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly concedes that the land does not belong to the petitioners and it is a Gaon Sabha land. Gata No.1851 is reserved for manure pit and Gata No.1852 reserved for Khalihan. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would vacate the entire land by 07.01.2024 positively. The statement is taken on record. Meanwhile, the respondent shall not disturb the petitioner from using the said land. In case petitioners fail to stand with the undertaking given before this Court, it shall be open for the respondents to take appropriate action for getting the land vacated.
