¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : ''(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to extend the benefits of grant in aid to the attached primary section of the institution so that the teachers working in the attached primary section may be given salary from the State exchequer.

(ii)..."

¶2The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the benefit under grant-in-aid should be extended to the primary section also for which a representation has already been moved before the respondent no.1.

¶3Considering the fact that the issue is to be decided by the respondent no.1, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.1, which shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
