¶2On the basis of instructions, it has been pointed out by learned Standing Counsel for the State that the proposal of Gaon Sabha has been turned down by means of order dated

2.12.2023, thus this writ petition has become infructuous.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel for the State has no objection.
