Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material brought on record. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order passed on injunction application and the consequent appellate order. When the present matter was entertained, this Court had passed an interim direction restraining either of the parties from alienating the land in dispute. No stay order was passed restraining the proceedings of the suit. In view of the long passage of time, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case Suit No. 332 of 2002 is still pending, the same shall be decided expeditiously, the interim order granted by this Court dated 21.05.2012 shall continue till the decision of the suit.
