¶1Vakalatnama filed today by Shri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel on behalf of respondent No.4 is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent No.4-Lucknow Development Authority, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent Nos.1, 2 and Shri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned Counsel for respondent No.3-RERA.

¶3By means of the present writ petition, a prayer has been made to issue a direction to the respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Lucknow, to execute recovery certificate dated

20.07.2023 issued by Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority for ensuring recovery under the order passed by the Authority on 08.07.2019.

¶4In paragraph no. 16 of the writ petition, it has been stated by the petitioner that no appeal or order coming in the way of recovery have come to the knowledge of the petitioner.

¶5Accordingly, having regard to the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the aforesaid recovery certificate dated 20.07.2023 as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
