Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "To issue writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially the opposite party no.02 & 03 not to harass the petitioners in any manner." Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court short counter afÏdavit sworn by Sri Lakhan Singh, Sub Inspector, P.S. Achalganj, District Unnao, wherein it has been stated that the Police are not harassing the petitioners in any manner. It has come out in the said afÏdavit that the petitioners and the respondent no.4 are parties to a Civil Suit pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Unnao, where the next date fixed is 05.01.2024. This petition was filed with the limited prayer for a mandamus directing the opposite parties not to harass the petitioners in any manner. Since the afÏdavit has been filed by the Police ofÏcer concerned against the allegations made saying that he has not harassing the petitioners, this petition is disposed of.
