Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Ajay Kumar along with Sri Prashant Shukla, Advocates, who have filed power on behalf of the respondent no.3, which is taken on record. Sri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent, has pointed out that the mediation between the parties has failed in April, 2023 due to non-cooperation of the petitioners, but the petitioners are continuing to enjoy the benefit of the interim order granted earlier by this Court only during the pendency of the mediation proceedings. After having examined the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned F.I.R., we are of the opinion that the impugned F.I.R. discloses cognizable offence to be made out by the petitioner, hence, no interference is called for by this Court in its extraordinary power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the F.I.R. or for grant of any interim relief to the petitioners and accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
