¶2Heard Shri Rakesh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent No.1 as well as Shri Vivek Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter at some length, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on behalf of the persons having locus to assail the order impugned.
