In compliance of the order passed by this Court, the detenue Shakeena Khan @ Shameena Hasan is present before the Court who has stated that presently she is residing with respondent no. 5 and 6 who are her parents, however, under the changed circumstances, now she wants to go with her husband/deponent. The detenue being an adult is free to live as per her choice with her husband. On due consideration to the statement of the detenue that she wants to live with her husband, the petition is disposed of. A sum of Rs. 25,000/- deposited before this court by the deponent, shall be paid to the detenue forthwith by the Senior Registrar of this Court. Order Date :- 5.12.2023 R.C.
