19.2.2023 registered as FIR No. 0089 of 2023 under Sections 376, 313, 328, 420, 323, 498A, 506 IPC, P.S. Vibhuti Khand, District Lucknow and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the impugned FIR. From the perusal of the record, it appears that the matter was sent for mediation by this Court vide order dated

27.2.2023. Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court has sent his report dated 17.11.2023 which shows that no agreement could be reached between the parties. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and perused the impugned FIR, we are of the opinion that the impugned FIR discloses cognizable offence against the petitioners, hence, no interference is called for by this Court in its extraordinary power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the FIR or for grant of any interim relief to the petitioners and accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
