Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State/respondents and perused the record. Supplementary affidavit has been filed today by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is kept on record. In the supplementary affidavit, petitioner has made several allegations regarding misconduct of the opposite party No.4 being the second wife of petitioner and step mother of his daughter Shreya and saying that he is also stated that the opposite party No.4 is living in the house built by the petitioner. Smt. Aruna Singh, opposite party No.4 is present in person along with Sub Inspector Vipin Kumar and lady constable Rakhi Baghel from the police station concerned. Shri Navneet Awasthi, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party No.4, which is kept on record. He says that the petitioner has illicit relations with several other women and he has been harassing the opposite party No.4 to such an extent that on one occasion he had locked her up along with her infant baby inside the house. She had called the police for help. It appears that there is no possibility of mediated settlement between the parties. This court has gone through the F.I.R. and finds no good ground to show interference. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed.
