¶1Sri Pramod Kumar Mishra, Station House Officer, Police Station-Kotwali Sadar, District-Unnao is present in person and has been identified by learned A.G.A. He has through his affidavit tendered unconditional apology, which is accepted.

¶2A short counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A., which is taken on record.

¶3From the short counter affidavit, it is evident that Charge Sheet No. 318A/23 dated 31.05.2023 has been prepared and submitted to the Competent Court on 30.09.2023.

¶4Since the charge sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage.
