¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayers :

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the impugned interim order 19.5.2023 passed by the learned DRT Lucknow in SA no 219 of 2023, S.A. NO. 219 of 2023, M/s Made By India and 3 Vs Indian Bank (e-Allahabad Bank), SAM Branch, Indian Bank, 1st Floor, 17 Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001 contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent No.1 to consider expedite disposal of banks preliminary legal objection regarding maintainability of S.A. NO. 219 of 2023, M/s Made By India and 3 Vs Indian Bank (e-Allahabad Bank), SAM Branch, Indian Bank, 1st Floor, 17 Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001 in the interest of justice."

¶2The counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to direct to the Debts Recovery Tribunal to decide the pending S.A. No.219 of 2023.
