¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mohit Jauhri, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Sri Mohit Jauhari has shown the copy of the order dated

23.11.2023 passed by Tehsildar, Gauriganj, whereby the proceeding under Section 25 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been concluded in terms of the order of Writ Court, copy thereof has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notices, if any, are discharged.
