¶1Heard Sri Ashutosh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party, who has filed affidavit of compliance, same is taken on record.

¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari has stated that the matter has been decided in terms of the order of the writ court.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the proceedings has not been decided in terms of the order of the writ court.

¶4Be that as it may, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may assail the decision of opposite party before the appropriate court of law strictly in accordance with law.

¶5In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶6Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
