Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondent bank in initiating the recover proceedings. Learned counsel for the respondent, based upon instruction, states that an amount of Rs.3,64,000/- is due and payable with interest included up to 28.11.2023. He has no objection if the amount is paid by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the entire outstanding in easy installments, however, he need some time to pay the amount. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the said proposal. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off providing that the recovery against the petitioner shall not be affected subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.90,000/- on or before

15.03.2024, Rs.90,000/- on or before 15.07.2024, Rs.90,000/- on or before 15.10.2024 & the balance amount on or before

31.12.2024. The last installment shall include the accrued interest. In case of default, the present order shall automatically come to an end. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be required to pay any recovery charges if the amounts are paid as directed above.
