¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri V.K. Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.7.

¶2Present petition has been filed alleging that the manner in which the election was done to appoint the fair price shop for Village Dhela was improper.

¶3What transpires is that in terms of the elections held, respondent no.7 was found to be elected, however, further steps of acting in pursuance to the recommendation have not been taken so far.

¶4The petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the grievances before the appropriate authority who has to take the final decision with regard to appointment of the selected candidate.
