¶1Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed affidavit of compliance and submitted that the order of writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit, the same is taken on record.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶4Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
