¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset has submitted that the direction may be issued to the respondent no.3-Chief Development Officer, District-Siddharth Nagar to decide the representation of petitioner dated 26.09.2023 for considering the claim of the petitioner for grant of second A.C.P. from 01.12.2008 and third A.C.P. which is from

13.12.2015 in pursuance of the Government Order dated

16.05.2012.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner.

¶3As prayed by counsel for petitioner, without entering in to the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3-Chief Development Officer, District-Siddharth Nagar to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2023 within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is place before him.
