¶1Present petition has been filed for issuing a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondents 4 to produce the detenu before this court.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3Notices to respondent No.4 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order.

¶4Learned A.G.A. on the basis of written instructions, has submitted that the detenue has married with one Surjit on 24.9.2023 and is residing with her husband happily. The detenue has also given statement that she has been married with Surjit and is happily living in her matrimonial home.

¶5The photographs, statement of the detenue along with written instruction provided by the learned A.G.A. are taken on record.

¶6Perusal of the statement of the detenue and written instruction as well as photographs provided by the learned A.G.A., it appears that it is not a case of illegal detention.
