¶1A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the present writ petition is not maintainable at Lucknow as the impugned order has been passed by the authority at Kanpur and the petitioner is also working/employed at Kanpur.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh at Allahabad.
