Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State of U.P. and perused the record. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed inter alia praying for the following main relief:- "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quashed the impugned charge sheet No.288/2023 dated on 15.7.2023 in crime no. 585/2022 U/S-447,420,467,468,471,120B I.P.C. & 3/4 of public Property Damage Act P.S.- Ganga Ghat District Unnao filed by the I.O. against the petitioner on 15.7.2023 and as well as summoning order dated 14.8.2023 pending in the court of C.J.M. Unnao as contained in annexure no. 1 & 2 to this petition." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application for the main relief sought and liberty may be given to the applicant to move bail application before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer an application for bail before the court concerned, which shall be considered and decided by the court concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order.
