¶1Sri Kaushal Kishore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is pressing the application dated 23.11.2023 and submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

¶2Sri Praful Kumar Yadav, learned additional chief standing counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid.

¶3In view of the aforesaid submissions, instant petition is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

¶4Application is allowed accordingly.
