¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.6, Shri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent Nos.1 to

5.

¶2Shri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, pointed out that necessary rectification in the revenue record has been carried out and on demarcation of the land belonging to the petitioners, it has been found that the chak road is not situated upon their land rather the same is situated adjacent to their plot. So the chak road, according to the stand taken by the State, shall be constructed as per the demarcation made over Gata No.5, which is recorded as chak road.

¶3With the aforesaid clarification, the writ petition is disposed of.
