¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nitish Shekhar, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks quashment of the order passed by the Tehsildar.

¶3The petitioner claims to be the real son of deceased Akbar Ali Shah, however, the District Authorities on verification of necessary details have not found him to be the real son.

¶4For seeking a declaration that the petitioner is the legitimate son of late Akbar Ali Shah, such an issue can only be decided in the civil proceedings before the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.
