¶1Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3 by Shri Surendra Kumar Singh, learned Counsel is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Siddharth Dhaon, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Surendra Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the respondents no.2 and 3.

¶3A similar matter has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 19.11.2015 in Writ Petition No.10743 (M/B) of 2015 : M/s Shatkashi Construction Company vs. State of U.P. & others, which is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Nagar Nigam. Accordingly, the matter is also covered by the decision in the case of Tajveer Singh vs. State of U.P. & others, (1997 ALJ 285). The petitioner shall also be entitled to the same benefits.
