¶1Heard Mrs. Shobha Rajpoot, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.

¶2This Court has already passed an order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for conclusion of proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Contempt Court in the contempt proceedings arising therefrom have also issued a further direction extending the time by one month.

¶3It appears that the proceedings have not been concluded till date. For such a grievance, it is open to the petitioner to make an application in the pending Contempt Application (Civil) No.2474 of 2023. In case any such application is made, the Contempt Court is requested to dispose of the same at an early date.
