¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Mohan Singh, leanred Counsel for Gram Panchayat-respondent no.7.

¶2Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for Gram Panchayat-respondent no.7 has submitted that Gata Nos.855 and 890 which are reserved for chak marg are under illegal encroachment of the petitioner as well as respondent nos.8 to

10.

¶3In these circumstances, we hereby direct the Gram Panchayat to initiate appropriate proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for removal of unauthorized encroachment and allow the use of land for public utility, i.e. chak marg in accordance with law.
