This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties specially opposite party no.2 & 3 to insure fair & proper Investigation of case crime number 0408 of 2023 under section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 DP Act police station Visheshwarganj district Bahraich, in the interest of justice." It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is being harassed by the accused and no steps have been taken for fair investigation of the F.I.R. lodged by her. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sri Ghanshyam Chaturvedi, Sub Inspector, P.S. Vishesharganj, District Bahraich, wherein it has been submitted that in pursuance of the investigation carried out, charge sheet No.413/23 dated 05.12.2023 has been submitted to the Circle OfÏcer against Nand Kishore, Ram Shanker s/o Shiv Bahadur, Prabhavati Alias Sushila w/o Ram Shanker and Sarita Devi w/o Ram Shanker, all residents of Village Nayapurva Marchaur, P.S.
