¶1Heard Shri Rachit Sondhi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned Counsel for respondent no.3.

¶2Recovery proceeding in pursuance of the order and recovery certificate issued on 31.01.2023 by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority has partially been implemented.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, has informed that the residual amount shall be remitted to the account of Real Estate Regulatory Authority whereafter on satisfaction of the requisite formality the same shall be released in favour of the petitioner.

¶4In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the hope that the necessary action shall be taken strictly in accordance with law abiding by the stand as has been placed before us.
