¶1Heard Ms. Ankita Santi, learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicants to direct Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the Criminal Case No.882 of 2021 under Sections 125 of Cr.P.C. Act pending before him, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants submits that only prayer of the applicants is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicants.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct A.C.J.M.-V, Lucknow to decide the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the Criminal Case No.882 of 2021 under Sections 125 of Cr.P.C. Act pending before him in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
