¶4None appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this contempt petition nor any request for adjournment of the case has been sought. However, Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel is present. He has stated that the representation of the petitioner has been decided in terms of the order of Writ Court. The affidavit of compliance has already been filed.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any reply/objection to such affidavit of compliance.

¶6Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
