On the basis of the instruction, learned A.G.A. submitted that name of the petitioner has been dropped during the course of investigation whereas other co-accused persons have been found to have committed offence and against them also charge sheet has been submitted in court, therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous.
