¶1After uploading the order dated 06.12.2023, it was noticed that the observation made by this Court in paragraph no.11 of the order is required to be clarified.

¶2Thus the order dated 06.12.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11703 of 2023 is clarified to the tune that in first line of 11th paragraph after the word "This Court is of the considered view that" following words be added: "in case of consensual sexual relations"

¶3The instant order shall remain part and parcel of the order dated 06.12.2023 and if certified copy of the order dated
