This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of application no.6C2 filed along with Original Suit no.584 of 2023 (Avdhesh Kumar vs Kesari Prasad) before the court concerned. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that none is appearing. Therefore, when the petitioner himself is not appearing before the court concerned and assisting the court in disposal of the application, the application cannot be disposed of and no direction can also be issued for disposal of such application. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press the petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
