¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party assisted by Sri Anuj Singh, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Learned C.S.C. has filed affidavit of compliance, same is taken on record.

¶3Learned C.S.C. has stated that in compliance of the order of the writ court the order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Barabanki on 6.11.2023 (Annexure no. 1) sanctioning the amount of compensation to the tune of Rs. 5,00,000/-

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶5Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
