¶1Sri Lakshyadeep Srivastava, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondent no.1 today and the same is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶3Present writ petition is filed by petitioner challenging the election in which voting is going to take place today only.

¶4The petition is highly belated. This Court as well as Supreme Court has held that High Court should not at the last minute interfere with the election matters.

¶5Learned counsel for respondent no.1 states that petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing election petition after the elections are over.

¶6In view thereof, no case for interference with the impugned order is made out.
