¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue writ, order of direction in the nature of the Certiorari to quash the impugned order/notice dated 17.05.2023 and

16.08.2023 issued by the Opp. Party No.4, in Case No. 137(78) of 2023 Under Section 3 of U.P. Gunda Niyantran Adhiniyam, 1970 State vs Surendra Kumar @ Surendra Kalia relates to P.S. Hazratganj District Lucknow (contained as annexure No. 1)"

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
