Considering the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the respondent no. 2, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to hear and decide the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
