¶1Present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming transfer as about 7 months of service are left prior to his retirement.

¶2The petitioner has moved an application for consideration of the request of transfer which is pending before respondent no.3.

¶3In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off directing respondent no.3 to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer in terms of the transfer policy of 2023-24 within a period of three weeks of the petitioner filing an appropriate application alongwith a copy of this order before respondent no.3.
