¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner states that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case execution proceedings filed by petitioner, pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hardoi, are decided in a time bound manner.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.

¶4In view thereof, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hardoi is directed to decide the pending execution proceedings filed by petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law. He shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment including on the ground of strike of lawyers.
