(2) None appears for the petitioner.

(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Alok Kumar Singh, the Sub-Inspector of Police Station Ram Sanehighat, District Barabanki, says that the Charge-sheet No.252 of 2022, dated 18.06.2022, has been prepared and the same has been filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No.43, Barabanki.

(4) Since the Charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage.
