¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he participated in the auction of a fishing pond in the year 2020, but possession of the same is not yet given to him, though number of authorities have approved the same.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel states that the matter is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur, who is the final approving authority.

¶4In the given circumstances, petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation before the Sub Divisional Officer concerned within a period of one week from today along with a certified copy of this order. In case Sub Divisional Officer concerned finds that any further queries are required to be made from the petitioner, he shall do so by giving proper notice/communication to the petitioner and thereafter, decide the representation of petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks thereafter.
