¶1Learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Commissioner, where stay application of petitioners is pending in the revision filed by them, provided that the Commissioner shall consider the stay application of petitioners and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from today after hearing all parties concerned.
