Present application has been filed for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No. 8488 of 2022 (Old Criminal Complaint No. 881 of 2011) [Aadya Prasad Tripathi vs. Paras Nath & Others] pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 17, Sultanpur. Taking note of the facts that the case in issue which is pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 17, Sultanpur, is at the stage of Section 313 Cr.P.C., as appears from the order dated 11.04.2023, a copy of which is on record as annexure No. 6 as also the earlier orders passed by this Court particularly the order dated 09.12.2013 passed U/S 482/378/407 No.-5352 of 2023 (Aadya Prasad Tripahti vs. State of U.P. And Another), wherein, this Court observed that "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur will try to expeditiously dispose of the Complaint Case No. 881 of 2011 (Aadya Prasad Tripahti vs. Parasnath & Others) preferably within six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him", present petition is disposed of with direction to trial Court namely Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 17, Sultanpur, to conclude the proceedings of the case in issue, most expeditiously, within a period of six months, if possible and if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
