Sri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority, on the basis of written instructions, informs that appropriate actions for removal of illegal constructions are already underway and the next date i.e.

13.12.2023, is fixed in the matter. The unauthorized construction is likely to be removed within a period of 15 days. The aforesaid statement is taken on record. It goes without saying that administrative as well as police authorities will fully cooperate in the matter in accordance with law. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of.
