This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated

11.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0349 of 2023 under Section 363 IPC, P.S. Rupaideeha, District Bahraich and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR. The said short counter afÏdavit sworn by the Circle OfÏcer concerned stating that during the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been deleted as in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim, the victim has not made any allegations against the petitioner, copy of the statements recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim has been filed as Annexures CA-3 & 4 to the short counter afÏdavit.
