On being pointed out some defects regarding the compromise which appears to be the basis of main reliefs sought in the present application, learned Counsel for the applicant says that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file the same afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. In view of the above, the instant writ application is rejected as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. The certified copy of the impugned order or any other certified document filed along with the application shall be returned to the learned Counsel for the applicant by retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
